Please list previous guilds you were a part of as well as current guild if you have one. Include the duration of your membership and the reason you parted ways.

How long have you been playing WoW? What is your raiding experience? Do you know how to get out of the fire? If you have not raided, please indicate so. Will you perform the necessary research to adequately prepare for new content (ie, familiarize yourself with encounter mechanics beforehand)?
